Industrial commercial Water Cooled Box Type Water Chiller Machine
Industrial water cooled chillers are designed by Eurasian Freezing Equipment Co., Ltd. for industrial cooling purpose, it can satisfy cooling needs of industrial process and industrial products. Chilled water temperature adjustment range is 10-20 degrees. In addition to the standard specification, various of non-standard units can be customized to meet specific end-users requirements. Especially the integrated industrial water chillers which with small volume, is convenient to install and easy to operate,can save space and cost for the customers.Units can be used in electronics, biology, plastic fields, chemical, pharmaceutical, industrial processing equipment and food processing or other industrial fields.
1.1 The units can be equipped with heat recoverer. For air-conditioning using case, the recyclable heat account for 30% -80%of total refrigeration capacity. The hot water temperature can reach 70 degrees.
1.2 Whole units efficiency can be increased by 5% when we start heat recycling.
2.1 The units has 7 safety components to ensure the normal operation of the units.
2.2 To ensure the machine performance in line with national standards, all the units passed the test of national security detection system before delivery of the products.
The control system can be connected with the end users' control system, then customers will monitor the unit status and get working report at any time.
The units are filled with refrigerant and lubricant before delivery, customers only need to connect the inlet pipe, outlet pipe and power to run.
According to customers' request ,various of refrigerant, like R22.,R407C,R134a.will be available for customer's option.

1. The seller can charge the transport by written authorization by buyer. The seller manage the transportation and insurance,and ship to the place appointed by the buyer,all costs borne by the buyer,otherwise, risk transfer to the buyer after the goods leaving the factory.
2. the buyer arrange the transportation,all expense and risks borne by the buyers.
Acceptance and debug:
1. checking and acceptation
1.1 All goods arrived to the place appointed by the buyer, buyer check the the external packing and signed for confirmation together with freight; if the buyer has any objection, shall be make a written report within 7days, otherwise, the buyer is viewed as accepted the goods without objection.
1.2Test content is: if there is any damage with the device or the package / device deformation is normal or not.
2. Debugging(Mainland China only, excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan)
2.1 the seller is responsible for equipment installation and debugging;
2.2 When device operating normal after completion of installation and debugging,both sides make final
acceptance accordance with acceptance standards signed by them, sign relevant debugging service list after debugging qualified. Within one month after delivery, if buyer did not confirm delay debugging with written form, Regarded as debugging qualified.
